Police, responding to a 911 call of a man stabbed, arrived at the 155th Street home of the victim, 46-yearold Michael Harris, at about 9:50 p.m. on Oct. 8, cops said. Inside, they found him with several stab wounds to the torso. Harris was pronounced dead at the scene. A 33-year-old woman, identifi ed by police as Harris’ girlfriend, Carmen Rodriguez, was taken into custody from the home the two shared, authorities said. The couple allegedly got into a physical altercation before the stabbing. She was later charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police. 108TH PRECINCT Long Island City, Sunnyside and Woodside Pair robbed in LIC park Cops are looking for two suspects who robbed a man and a woman at gunpoint in a Long Island City park. The victims, both 22, were at Murray Playground, located on 45th Avenue and 21st Street, at about 2:10 a.m. on Sept. 15 when the robbery occurred, authorities said. The two male suspects approached the victims, pulled out a gun and demanded money from them, police said. They then took a Samsung Galaxy cellphone, a debit card and $5 in cash from the man, and an iPhone and debit card from the woman. Police have released a photo of one of the suspects using the male victim’s debit card at a Bank of America ATM at 2680 Broadway in Manhattan. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477). 109TH PRECINCT Flushing, Queensboro Hill, College Point, Malba, Whitestone, Beechhurst and Bay Terrace Man assaulted, robbed inside Flushing McDonald’s: police A quick bite to eat turned into an assault and robbery when two men got into an argument at a Flushing Mc- Donald’s earlier this month, authorities said. The 24-year-old victim and the suspect were inside the fast food joint on Main Street near Roosevelt Avenue at about 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 when they started arguing, police said. The situation escalated and the suspect assaulted the victim and stole his cellphone before fl eeing. The victim was left with bumps and bruises to his face. He refused medical attention at the scene. Police describe the suspect as a 25-year-old Hispanic man, 5 feet 6 inches tall and 170 pounds. The suspect broke into the vehicle at about 3 p.m. on Sept. 27. The 25-year-old driver parked the Hino truck on the corner of Broadway and 35th Street and was making a delivery to an area business when the suspect took $8,000 from the vehicle’s center console, authorities said. Police said the suspect was wearing eyeglasses, a knit hat and a blue sweatshirt at the time of the break-in. The fi rst robbery occurred at a Mobil gas station on Elliot Avenue, near 69th Street in Middle Village on Oct. 4. Police said the suspect entered the station’s mini-mart at about 7:35 p.m., brandished a gun and demanded money from a store employee. The suspect then fl ed with $800. Three days later, the same suspect allegedly robbed a CITGO mini-mart on 101st Avenue near Rockaway Boulevard at gunpoint. An employee at the Ozone Park business handed over the cash and the suspect left with $3,000 around 10:00 p.m. Police have released a photo of the suspect from the Oct. 4 robbery. The body of Jonathan A. Graff, 17, was found by a man who was walking his dog in Spur Drive Park in Bay Shore at about 4:15 p.m. on Oct. 10, according to authorities. He had been shot in the head, reports said. Graff, who lived in Kew Gardens, was last seen Oct. 9 in Jamaica near the Long Island Rail Road station, according to Newsday. Police are investigating his death as a homicide. Graff’s body was taken to the Suffolk County Offi ce of the Medical Examiner for an autopsy, and authorities are reportedly awaiting the results to determine how many times he was shot.
