Cushman & Wakefield
announced that they have retained
two major commercial building
listings in Bayside and Forest Hills.
“Each property benefi ts from
exceptional visibility with significant
frontage and is set along
highly traffi cked corridors near
major transportation assets,” said
Stephen R. Preuss of Cushman &
Wakefi eld.
Th e Bayside building, located
at 201-03 Northern Blvd., is
a two-story, 1,800-square-foot
building. Th e fi rst fl oor is currently
vacant and used to house a dental
practice with three exam rooms,
offi ce and reception area. Th e second
fl oor is leased through 2022 by
an architect’s offi ce. Th e building’s
asking price is $1.79 million.
Just fi ve blocks east from the
Clearview Expressway, the building
is within walking distance of
the Auburndale and Bayside Long
Island Rail Road train stations.
Across the borough in Forest
Hills, Cushman & Wakefi eld
retained the listing of a fully
leased retail and offi ce building.
Located at 71-34 Austin St.,
the 3,136-square-foot building is
leased to a restaurant, Tamashi
Red, and the second-fl oor offi ce
space is leased to an executive
recruiter.
Th e asking price for the building
is $4.1 million.
Due to Austin Street’s high foot
traffi c and abundance of national
retailers, the building is a highly
sought-aft er location for retail. Th e
building is also easily accessible by
the Long Island Rail Road as well
as the E, F, M and R subway trains.
