Attackers slash and beat man
Cops are looking for a group of men
who sliced a man on a Long Island City
street last week.
According to police, at 3:42 a.m. on
Oct. 7, a 30-year-old man was approached
by four unidentifi ed men on 33rd Street.
One of the men, described as wearing a
white shirt, proceeded to punch the victim.
Law enforcement sources said the
group then continued to assault the victim,
with one of the perpetrators slashing
the man in the back with an unknown
sharp object. Th e suspects then fl ed the
scene in an unknown direction.
Offi cers from the 108th Precinct and
EMS responded to the scene. Paramedics
rushed the victim to Elmhurst Hospital,
where he is in stable condition.
Th e NYPD released an image of the suspects
taken from nearby security footage.

Man slashed in face
after bus argument
Cops are looking for a man who slashed
his victim in the face while riding the bus
in Springfi eld Gardens.
According to police, at 5:15 p.m. on
Oct. 3, a 64-year-old man was riding the
Q3 bus when he got into an argument
with an unknown woman.
When the bus pulled into the vicinity of
Farmers and Merrick Boulevards, authorities
said, an unknown man boarded the
bus and slashed the 64-year-old man
in the face and head with an unknown
object. Th e slasher and the unidentifi ed
woman then exited the bus and fl ed on
foot in an unknown direction.
Offi cers from the 113th Precinct and
EMS responded to the scene and took the
victim to Jamaica Hospital, where he was
treated for his injuries.
Th e NYPD described the suspect a black
man between the ages of 20 and 30, who
was last seen wearing all dark clothing.

Creep sought for
groping two girls
Th e man who allegedly molested a
10-year-old girl in Corona last week
apparently molested another young
woman in the neighborhood on the
morning of Tuesday, Oct. 9, police
reported.
Authorities said the latest creepy episode
took place at around 8:20 a.m. on
Oct. 9 in the area of 45th Avenue and
Junction Boulevard in Corona.
According to police, the suspect
approached a 13-year-old girl who was
walking through the area, then inappropriately
touched her. He started to walk
away westbound on 45th Avenue before
turning around and heading eastbound
down the same street.
Law enforcement sources said the fi rst
attack occurred at 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 3
in front of a store on 104th Street near
39th Avenue.
According to authorities, the 10-yearold
girl was standing
on the sidewalk
when she
was approached
by the unidentifi
ed suspect, who
proceeded to fondle
her over her
clothing in the
groin area. He
then fl ed the location
on foot in an
unknown direction.
The incidents
were reported to the 110th and 115th
precincts; neither victim was seriously
injured.
Cops describe the deviant as a
Hispanic male between 30 and 40 years
of age. During the Oct. 3 attack, he last
seen wearing a dark T-shirt and dark
shorts. Security cameras located near
the crime scene captured images of the
perpetrator.
On Oct. 9, the perpetrator was
observed wearing a blue shirt with white
lettering on the front, camoufl age shorts
and black sneakers.

Flushing
Armed bandits steal
man’s wallet
Cops are looking for an armed trio
who attacked a man in Flushing last
month and took off with his wallet.
According to police, at 1 a.m. on Sept.
16 a 40-year-old man was in the vicinity
of Kissena Boulevard and 59th Avenue
when he was approached from behind
by three unknown men. Two of the men
pulled out guns and demanded property
from the victim.
One of the armed suspects then hit
the victim in the face with his gun, law
enforcement sources noted, causing the
victim to fall to the ground. Th e third
man, who did not have a weapon, took
the victim’s wallet.
Th e victim was taken to an area hospital
where he was treated for his injuries.
Th e 109th Precinct tweeted out images
of one of the suspects involved.
No arrests have been made at this time.
Th e investigation is ongoing.
