EYEING QUALITY OF LIFE For apprehending a pair of armed robbers in Woodhaven last month, Police Officers Jason Michaud and Matt Hynes were honored as Cops of the Month during the 102nd Precinct Community Council meeting in Richmond Hill last Tuesday, Oct. 21. They received plaques donated by the Times Newsweekly for their efforts.
