Real estate prices in Ridgewood
continue to skyrocket, and
one example is this six-story
building in the heart of the neighborhood
now listed for more than
$4 million after undergoing a major
renovation.
The six-family apartment building
located at 1018 Cypress Ave. is fully
occupied and is currently on the
market for $4.2 million, according to
Greiner-Maltz Investment Properties,
which is off ering the site.
The 5,250-square-foot building
has been recently gut-renovated and
houses six four-bedroom, two-bathroom
apartments, with the fi rst fl oor
featuring two duplex apartments.
Each unit is equipped with central air
conditioning and heating.
The building also has a shared laundry
room, a video intercom system, a
roof deck, lounge and bicycle storage
space.
Rents on these apartments range
from $3,425 to an astounding $4,475
per month.
Other gut-renovated apartments in
Ridgewood have been listed at similar
prices, such as the four-family home
on Jeff erson Avenue listed for $2.6
million, and another six-family, home
on George Street hitting the market for
$3.75 million.
