Colonial times returned to Ridgewood’s Onderdonk House last Saturday, Aug. 23, as the Greater Ridgewood Historical Society participated in “Battle of BrooklynWeek,” a commemoration of the American Revolution’s largest battle. The society unveiled an exhbit on Gen. Nathanial Woodhull, who led the Queens and Suffolk County Militias of the Continental Army and died during the battle.
