Law enforcement sources said the bloodshed occurred at 3:06 a.m. on Aug. 16 at the corner of Weirfi eld Street and Knickerbocker Avenue. According to police, Michael Godoy, 23, of Evergreen Avenue got into an argument with four unidentifi ed black males at the party, which then spilled out into the street after Godoy left. Reportedly, one of the suspects then knifed Godoy in the chest, then the group fl ed from the scene. Offi cers from the 83rd Precinct and EMS units responded to the scene. Paramedics rushed Godoy to Brookdale University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. No arrests have been made as of press time Wednesday afternoon, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
