Police said Steven Frosch, 43, of Euston Road in Garden City South was performing maintenance on a street sweeper when he was struck by another sweeper moving inside the Sanitation Department depot at 58-02 48th St. at about 1 p.m. last Saturday. According to authorities, Frosch became pinned between the sweepers. Officers from the 104th Precinct and EMS units rushed to the scene.
