Lisa Brunie-McDermott, a public information specialist for DSNY,was at last Thursday’s meeting to explain the program and answer questions from attendees. The Suffolk County Police Department identified him as 63- year-old Muhammad Chaudhry of 69th Street. Authorities said Chaudhry allegedly attacked the girl while peddling ice cream in Wyandanch at about 7:25 p.m. on May 21. Reportedly, the girl approached his truck on a neighborhood street in an attempt to buy ice cream.
