PETER C. PAGANO, age 88, of Port St. Lucie, Fla., formerly of Glendale and New Hyde Park, NY, passed peacefully from this world on Saturday, May 24, with his devoted wife of 66 years, Frances, at his side. A veteran of the SecondWorldWar, Peter served in General Patton's ThirdArmy, 89th Infantry Division. He participated in theAllied crossing of the Rhine River among other campaigns. A proud small businessman, Peter found Page Printing Company in 1949. It remained a fixture in the Ridgewood commercial community for fifty years. In his earlier years, Peter was active in several civic and fraternal organizations including American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Lions Club, Glendale Chamber of Commerce and UNICO. In addition to his wife Frances, Peter is survived by his three children , Frank (Patricia), Angela (Edward) and Peter, six grandchildren Karen, Gregory, Peter, Elizabeth, Stephanie & Catherine and Five great grandchildren Emily,Michael,Mallory, Courtney & Cameron. Viewing was held on Sunday, June 1, at Weigand Bros. Funeral Home, 49 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, NY. A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Monday, June 2, St. Aidan Church, 505 Willis Ave., Williston Park, NY, followed by interment at St. John Cemetery, Middle Village. +++ ZENONA KOZLOWSKI died on Tuesday, May 27, in Santa Clarita, Ca. at the age of 85.
