Prospective volunteers will learn gardening basics while also working hands-on with the garden’s plants, while also getting to explore the garden’s ever-changing scenery. Transplants Comedy Show at the QED is about comedians who tell stories about where they are originally from and the journey that led them to New York City. There will also be a raffl e with proceeds going to help The Chocolate Factory Theater, as well as Girl Scouts of Sunnyside, Woodside and LIC.
