Man Pinched Again For Groping Jaime Rada-Bayona, 28, of 86th Street allegedly groped the genitalia and buttocks of the victim inside his home at about 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2014, according to information provided by the Queens District Attorney’s office. The victim later reported the assault to the 104th Precinct, and Rada-Bayona was charged following an investigation conducted by the NYPD Queens Special Victims Squad. Last month, as previously reported in the Times Newsweekly, the 104th Precinct arrested Rada-Bayona for allegedly molesting and assaulting two women on a footbridge above the Long Island Rail Road’s Main Line in the vicinity of 60th Road and Van Horn Street on the Elmhurst/Middle Village border. In that incident, which took place on the night of Dec. 15, 2014, Rada-Bayona groped a 32- year-old woman as she crossed the bridge; the victim then began to fight him off. Another woman who observed They were identified by law enforcement sources as Alex Diaz, 15, of St. Marks Avenue in Crown Heights and Ronald Espinoza, 14, of 35th Avenue in Jackson Heights. Both were charged as adults. Authorities said the trouble began at about 4 p.m. last Tuesday, when Diaz and Espinoza allegedly walked into the JC Electronics shop located at 85-04 Grand Ave. Reportedly, the teenagers brandished firearms and announced the robbery. Law enforcement sources named the defendant as John E. Fletcher, who is charged with third-degree burglary. According to police, the owner of the Happy .99 Cent & Up store located at 63-01 Fresh Pond Rd., found the front door of the establishment shattered at approximately 9 a.m. on May 3, 2014. The owner reportedly determined that nine boxes of New York Lottery scratch-off tickets had been taken from the front counter, along with $300 from the cash register. A paver stone wrapped in a paper bag was found inside of a garbage can in the store. The bag was gathered and swabbed for DNA testing by the Queens North Evidence Collection Team, officials stated. It is reported that the DNA testing of the swab revealed a single male DNA profile. That sample matched the DNA profile of Fletcher. On Friday, Jan. 9, Fletcher was arraigned and held under $50,000 bond or $50,000 cash. His next court appearance is scheduled for Jan. 23.
