Each tower will feature an outdoor roof

playrooms.
Residents will also have access to the
park, which was designed by landscape
architects HMWhite. Th e park features
a children’s playground, dog park, bocce
court, barbecue grills, picnic tables and
ping-pong tables.
A fi ve-story, 45,000-square-foot amenity
clubhouse dubbed Th e Club at Jackson
Park overlooks the park and includes a
spa, sauna, steam rooms, a meditation
lounge and changing rooms. Th e fi tness
studio at Th e Park was curated by fi tness
expert Jay Wright and residents will have
access to 21 gym classes per week.
It also includes a 75-foot indoor pool
and basketball/volleyball and squash
courts. Th e rooft op features an outdoor
pool and hot tub with cabanas.
