For more information about Kiddie Academy of Flushing, please contact Olga Carucci at 718-888- 9499. 4th Annual Douglaston Village Arts Festival Hundreds enjoyed a sunny autumn day at the 4th annual Douglaston Village Arts Festival on Sunday, October 20th from 11am-6pm at the Douglaston Long Island Rail Road station, 235th Street, sponsored by the Douglaston Village Chamber of Commerce and local businesses and organizations. The event included over 30 vendors of artwork, pottery, jewelry, photography, and even locallyharvested honey, as well as musicians (Lucky Tones, Steel Wolf, and others) and local restaurants (Aegea, Il Toscano, Smokin’ Aces, and others). Also participating were many local nonprofit organizations and schools, such as the Douglaston Garden Club, Lions Club, National Art League, Friends of the Queens Library, Public School 98, Divine Wisdom Catholic Academy, and others.
