Under his leadership, the former St. Vincent’s School has grown dramatically, with more than 700 students and more than one dozen clinical sites. The school has also added new programs in medical and dental assisting. Rabinovich has been in the field of education management for more than a decade. His background also includes law. He worked as an attorney practicing commercial litigation, trusts and estates and real estate. Rabinovich earned his Juris Doctorate from Fordham University and his bachelor’s degree from New York University where he double majored in political science and Economics. He is a member of the Foundation Board of Staten Island University Hospital, the board of the Jewish Community Center and active with the Maffeo Foundation, the Seton Foundation for Learning, Chromosome 22 Central and supports many special needs community causes. His wife, Melissa, is also an active member of the community. She is an Executive Editor for NY1 News. They reside on Staten Island and are the proud parents of 10-year-old Ethan, 7-yr-old Dylan and 6-year-old Ava. Wayne Baker CEO Frankie’s Carnival Time, Inc. & Frank Bee Costume, Inc. Wayne Baker is owner and president of Frankie’s Carnival Time, Inc. and Frank Bee Costume Center. His father Arthur Baker started the business in 1957 as a five and dime store. With his brother Douglas, they expanded the original store into a yearround costume center. About 22 years ago, Baker started the party rental and carnival company Frankie’s Carnival Time Inc., which has become one of the largest party rental and carnival companies in the Tri-State area. From backyard parties to bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate parties, weddings and more, Frankie’s Carnival Time can handle anything. No job is too big or too small. Baker handles tents, tables, chairs, bounce rides, children’s entertainment, costume characters, photo booths, DJs, carnival booths, cotton candy, popcorn, ice cream carts, hot dog carts and anything else you can think of. Baker has done events for 50 Cent, President Barack Obama, Yankee Fan Fest, Oprah Winfrey, David Letterman, Robert De Niro, “The Today Show,” Conan O’Brien, Martha Stewart and P. Diddy, among others. He is most proud that he’s the official party supplier for the Ronald McDonald House in Manhattan. He appreciates his customers and he looks to do a great job for you. Mihir B. Patel President Society of Indo American Engineers and Architects Minir B. Patel is a civil engineer from India and graduated from BVM Engineering College in 1983. He came to the U.S.A. in 1986. He worked as a project manager for a construction company until 1993 when he established Monpat Construction Inc. He is president of the Society of Indo American Engineers and Architects which has more than 1,100 members. Monpat has completed over $150 million worth of work. The company specializes in general construction, roofing, exterior renovations and sitework. Clients include the U.S. government, State of New York, City of New York and many private groups. Patel joined SIAEA in 1998. He rose to the position of director in 2007 and was swprn in as president in March. He now leads an organization of over 1,100 professionals. Patel, in addition to leading SIAEA, is involved in the AARTI Foundation and organizations dedicated to helping the less fortunate people of the U.S. and India.
