The assault occurred at the 181-25 Hillside Avenue fast food restaurant around 8:30 p.m., on Tuesday, August Cement & Brick Work Bayside hostage standoff Police arrested a Bayside man in the early morning hours of Sunday, August 4 after he took his girlfriend hostage in his home and refused to surrender to cops for hours. Cops say the perp entered 45-30 23rd Street via an unlocked side door and took an unknown amount of money from the location. 109TH PRECINCT Downtown Flushing, East Flushing, Queensboro Hill, College Point, Malba, Whitestone, Beechhurst and Bay Terrace Arrest stabbing suspect Police have made an arrest in connection to a stabbing that took place on August 3 inside of 147-21 Barclay Avenue. The victim, a 24-year-old man, was stabbed in the stomach by the suspect and taken to New York Hospital Queens in stable condition. On Monday, August 5, Bulmaro Diaz, 25, of Union Street, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection to the incident. 110TH PRECINCT Corona and Elmhurst Seek subway perv M trains riders beware, there is a pervert on the platform. Cops are looking to identify a suspect who has grabbed the buttocks and private parts of five different women from February 5 to July 30, while the women were standing at the Grand Avenue or Elmhurst Avenue subway stations. The females were between ages 19 to 47 and all the subway sexual assaults occurred on weekdays. The suspect attacked the women at the Grand Avenue station four times and only in the latest incident on July 30 did he strike at the Elmhurst Avenue station. In each attack none of the victims was hospitalized or robbed and no weapons were revealed. The perp is described as a 5’7” Hispanic male, between the ages of 25 to 40, weighing 150 to 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a navy or black baseball hat. Samir Gonsalves, 34, is charged with resisting arrest, harassment and disorderly conduct. Perps took electronics Police are looking for the four men who stole electronic devices from an AT& T store. On Saturday, August 3, the suspects entered the AT&T retail store located at 31-54 Steinway Street and took three iPads and two Samsung Galaxy cell phones from the display wall.  No injuries were reported. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. 115TH PRECINCT East Elmhurst, North Corona and Jackson Heights Home hit twice Suspects in connection with a Jackson Heights heist in late July are believed to have struck the same apartment again, cops said. Two males armed with guns forced their way into a basement apartment in the neighborhood last week, posing as police officers to get the victims to open the door, authorities said. They tied up one man and then shot another male victim in the leg before fleeing the scene empty handed, according to police. The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition. The NYPD believes the perps are two of four Hispanic males that are wanted in connection with a robbery on July 23 at around 5:15 p.m. in the same basement apartment. In that case the men entered through an unlocked front door with a gun and demanded money. After the theft they fled the scene without injuring any victims. Police are still investigating both crimes.
