Well – not exactly. But just as you know you have to change the oil in your car from time to time, or get your hair cut – having your dental checkup should be an equally routine activity. On a daily basis we do certain things automatically – empty pockets at the end of the day, wash face, brush teeth, put on/take off clothes, etc. Not too much thought required.
