The Hakka Alliance Inc. and the Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel were recognized for their contributions to the organization along with Master Chao-Lin Ting. Scores of prominent business persons, elected officials and other supporters turned out for the event and contributed funds to keep the FCCA thriving. Last year, the council served nearly 10,000 children from 40 different schools in sponsoring matinee performances at Flushing Town Hall as well as special workshops, in-school residencies and camps. 1 3 1.
