Each bottle has a unique décor, perfect for a variety of styles. Custom orders are welcome! 3. Balance Center Harmony Balance Center Harmony is a vision of Derek and Nifara Ali, a brother-and-sister team from Trinidad and now living in Brooklyn. They believe in using all-natural and essential products in every item they produce. “Our mission is to touch our customers through our handmade products, and positive media whereby elevating them to a higher level of consciousness.” 4. Rice and Chopsticks Rice and Chopsticks serves pan-Asian cuisine and features a variety of delicious grilled, fried and slow-cooked meats served over rice. They also serve assorted drinks, all while striving to be eco-friendly. 5. Bisska For Bisska the concept is derived from the old taverns in Israel (also called kebab houses), which served delicious meats skewered and grilled over charcoals, alongside seasonal marinated vegetables. Bisska recreates a similar menu of earthy comfort, while sourcing locally and feeding locally. 6. Yankee Doodle Dandy’s Yankee Doodle Dandy’s specializes in all-American cuisine with their flagship offering of gourmet, hand-breaded, hormone/antibiotic-free chicken tenders, invigorating New Yorkers’ taste buds with a breading recipe that dates back to the American Revolution.
