74 The Queens Courier • BUZZ • march 26, 2015 for breaking news visit www.queenscourier.com Queens Chamber celebrates everything Irish at St. Pat’s lunch The Queens Chamber of Commerce celebrated the wearing of the green early on March 12 with their annual St. Patrick’s Day luncheon at Terrace on the Park in Flushing Meadows Corona Park. The event featured two keynote speakers: Steve Cassidy, president of the Uniformed Firefighters Association, and Donald Carey, son of former Gov. Hugh Carey. The crowd enjoyed Irish music and dance performed by Hirten’s Irish Traditional Dancers and the band Remixx.
