H DJ PETER GOZZI The seeds of Peter Gozzi’s musical career were sewn long before he was even able to talk. Gozzi has his own production studio called Live Sounds Productions, putting together original electronic dance music tracks for many different artists. He is also a producer for one of the most recognizable record pools in the world, Crooklynclan.net, under the 914 Hit Squad page and on roster with New York’s popular DJ’s such as Beatbreaker, David S, DJ Yonny, Danny Diggz, Anthem Kingz, Claudio D, Chris Moody, DJ Riz, Sizzahandz, Nicky G, and has performed with well known names in the music industry, such as France Joli, Lime, TKA, Noel, Judy Torres, Brenda K Starr, Coro, Robin S, Amber, Livin’ Joy, La Bouche, Lucas Prata, Jana, Janice Robinson, C&C Music Factory, Angel (from the Cover Girls), Kat Deluna, Angelo Venuto, Reina, Crystal Waters, Rockell, Stevie B, Melvin & the Bluenotes, and much more. JOSEPH CHANG Production Manager Crystal Window & Door Systems Joseph Chang is Production Manager for national manufacturer Crystal Window & Door Systems. Responsible for materials purchasing, inventory management, production and shipping functions at Crystal’s New York headquarters and factory, Chang also provides guidance for Crystal’s affi liated manufacturing plants in other regions of the country. Chang joined Crystal in 2000, handling local and regional deliveries of fi nished products. He assumed progressively more responsible positions within the production area of the company and in 2009, he was promoted to his current position. Under his leadership, 18 supervisors and 250 production staff members manufacture over 500,000 units of windows and doors annually and ship to over 35 states nationally. To meet the company’s growing production needs, Chang has reengineered processes to shorten production times, reduce warehouse space and accommodate additional equipment. He was instrumental in specifying and acquiring several signifi cant investments in new equipment recently and ensuring proper training for all staff members. Chang brings this ability to “do more with less” to all aspects of production, which has contributed to the company’s continued growth despite the downturn in the construction and remodeling markets in the Northeast and the overall sluggish economy.
