Men’s Golf Closing Dinner takes to the road
STORY AND PHOTOS

Il Bacco Ristorante in Little
Neck served as the backdrop
for the 2017 North Shore
Towers Men’s Golf Association
Closing Dinner. Her beautiful
open rooftop lounge and upstairs
catering hall were the
perfect venues for celebrating a record
breaking year and awarding
the trophies for the year’s winners.
Membership has increased, where
its decreased in other area clubs,
and both the Member/Guest day
and Closing Dinner set records
for attendance. But as President
Stan Yoel reminded everyone, the
achievements of the Men’s Golf
Association are the resulted of
many hardworking individuals.
“No one works harder than
Country Club Committee Chair
Steve Redlich,” he began. “Without
Country Club Manager Mary
Anne, this show does not go on.
Director of Grounds Eric O’Neill
makes North Shore Towers look
and play like a top-tier golf course.
And I saved the best for last,” he
concluded, indicating Pro Bob
Guido to a standing ovation.
“Without Bob Guido, North Shore
Towers would not be the same.”
