NORTH SHORE TOWERS BOARD
OF DIRECTORS ELECTION 2021
It’s Time to Vote!
THURSDAY, JUNE 17, 7:00 PM
North Shore Towers’ Annual
Meeting of Shareholders is returning
to its traditional June schedule this
year.
There are six (6) candidates for
four (4) open seats this year. The
four (4) candidates with the highest
vote total will each serve a term of
twenty-four (24) months until the
regularly scheduled Annual Meeting
CENTER COURTYARD FRONT OF BUILDINGS
in June, 2023. Incumbent Marty
Schwartzman has chosen to run.
The order of candidates was
drawn by lots on Tuesday, May 18.
Their bios are presented below in
the order in which they will appear
on the ballot. The annual Election
Notice and ballots were mailed to
all NST shareholders on June 1.
In order to ensure a fair and
impartial election, NST is utilizing
the services of YesElections, an
organization that specializes in
elections for cooperatives, unions
and educational institutions.
Shareholders may return their
completed ballots to YesElections in
the postage-paid envelope included
with the ballot, which is the preferred
method for the return of ballots
so that a quorum may be established
before the Annual Meeting.
Alternately, you can drop it in the
secure ballot boxes located in the
lobby of each building. Shareholders
will also have the opportunity to vote
at the Annual Meeting.
Votes will be tallied by YesElections
on Friday, June 18, after which the
results will be announced.
