Paul Hagan
Hagan was named

Savings Bank’s
new president and
chief operating
officer. He replaces Ed Petrosky.

seasoned litigator who has managed

new IT Manager.
He was previously employed at

Marie Saint-Cyr
Saint-Cyr is the
new program associate
for Westbury
Arts, a community
based organization
that creates
and promotes art
in the Village of Westbury. She is an
artist, art teacher and project manager
who worked as a teacher for
Westbury Arts Summer Arts Camp.

Village Officials Association
(NCVOA)
elected Edward
Lieberman, mayor
of the Village of Sea
Cliff, the group's new president. The
NCVOA represents 64 incorporated
villages with more than 450,000
residents.

Manhattan, where she will head up
