arriving to our enclosed bus entrance, your group
will be greeted by a representative who will explain
all our offerings and distribute key packets, coupons
and other various comps. Incentives for groups with
a 5-hour stay include food vouchers for Seasons
Buffet and gaming vouchers for select games.
Packages on lesser stays can also be arranged with
a representative. Drivers can park at our free 24 hour
on-site parking facility, relax at our lounge located
next to our bus lobby and grab a bite using their
free food voucher provided. Group leaders are also
provided with special incentives including vouchers
and Momentum Dollars.
Our overnight group lobby area is located next to the
hotel’s elevators and main lobby. Overnight groups
consist of 10 or more rooms available Sunday through
Thursday year-round and can be reserved with a
deposit two months prior to arrival. Rooms are booked
in advance to assure availability and a contract is
generated. Groups that reserve 20 or more rooms will
receive one complimentary double room.
