This month Orestes gathered a group of children from Long Island City, Astoria and Sunnyside to create LIC Courier’s fi rst Halloween Kids Photoshoot. With the help of artist Jhowee Chiang, who transformed these kids’faces, Orestes brought an early Halloween to LIC.
