lic partnership LIC has been home to two music festivals this summer that will continue through mid-September. The LOT LIC takes place on Saturday afternoons at 43-29 Crescent St., and LIC Concerts on Sunday evenings at Gantry Plaza State Park. In the Neighborhood with LIC Partnership welcomed Lucky Pizzeria and Café to Queens Plaza South in the LIC Business Improvement District in August with a grand opening party. The new space features a mural of Long Island City.
