Mixologist BY SASHA POGREBINSKY Cherry Blossoms and Classic Old Fashioned For dinner parties it’s always great to have two cocktails that share similar notes, but are fundamentally different in every way. A good cocktail should awaken the senses, should surprise and inspire you, and should keep your taste buds on their toes especially if paired with food. The Cherry Blossom, one of my original cocktails, is fun and exciting. It’s vibrant and teases the senses; great with appetizers and starters. Move on to an old classic, the Old Fashioned to round out a 3 course meal, and get settled in for dessert course. Na Zdorovye!
