The pieces are a product of a set of round-table discussions and the narrative behind the exhibition will be published by the museum’s resident writer, Irene Lee. The content of the pieces, including scenery, character and plot will be up to the artists themselves. The artists will create a “cabinet of wonders” for all visitors to see. Designers, architects, artists and others can present ideas for alternative housing models, creation of social spaces, urban interventions, new uses of public space, the rebuilding of the boardwalk, protection of the shoreline, and actions to engage local communities.
