Please join us Sunday, November 15th, at the LeHavre Clubhouse, 168-68 Ninth Ave. (next to our tennis courts) from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm for an amazing array of paintings, photos, jewelry and crafts from our local artists, many of whom have won awards for their art in other shows. Meet the artists and find out about their process and background. There will be free entry for the public at large; free refreshments; raffles for great prizes; and this time, live entertainment from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. AND, help the Whitestone Ambulance Service, a very important and worthwhile service that takes local people to hospitals as needed. They also loan out wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and canes to residents of the Whitestone area. A portion of the artists’ sales will be donated to the Service. So do come and enjoy a fabulous day with your family and neighbors, rain or shine. Visit our clubhouse overlooking Little Bay and the Throgs Neck Bridge, sample our refreshments, view the latest work of our very talented artists, and help a local nonprofit too!
