We would like to thank Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc., Logan’s Café, Le Havre Owners Corp. and Dabby’s Party Entertainment for organizing and putting on a great time for the kids of Le Havre. About Elite Pool & Fitness Management, INC. The Elite lifestyle is the culmination of Owners and Operators Michael Zuchelli and Andrew Meditz’s vision that the staff of the facility can also be the amenity! Michael and Andrew created Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. in 2006 when they recognized there was a lack of customer service and attention to detail that was becoming common practice in the industry. While working for another lifestyle management company as managers Michael and Andrew observed a lack of oversight, innovation and creativity by Supervisors and Upper Management. It was at that moment that they decided that their vision would become a reality and Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has not looked back since. Starting with just one contract and 30 employees Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has grown to proudly employ over 200 Elite team members and serve over 30 contracts spread out between Suffolk County, Nassau County, Westchester County and all 5 boroughs of NYC. Elite Pool & Fitness Management, Inc. has also grown to include services like swimming pool construction, amenity design & consulting and fitness center renovations.
