The LeHavre Marketing Committee is proud to announce the completion of our new LeHavre Brochure. Producing the brochure required great photos of the apartments, grounds, pools and tennis courts. Getting those photos certainly required the help of many people – from management, maintenance, Elite and countless shareholders. With everyone’s support we were able to create a brochure that shows our beautiful community at its best. Thank you to everyone who helped. The brochures will be distributed to local real estate brokers and are sure to entice potential buyers. RENOVATING THE WEBSITE Our next project is to begin development of a new website that will not only complement the brochure, but enable us to better communicate and engage with current and future shareholders. We’d welcome the help of anyone with website design/ development experience and skills and are willing to ‘lend a hand’. Contact either Lori Rietwyk (balancer@aol. com) or Susan Schaffer (schaffer.susan@gmail.com). Special Note: Stanley Greenberg was recently interviewed by Habitat Magazine (www.habitatmag.com). He discussed the critical role of coop financial management and the particular challenges of a complex like LeHavre – with acres of landscaping, waterfront location and 32 separate buildings to manage.
