I have four children, all with same woman!! My lovely wife of 21 years. I have served on the Board for four years, two as V.P. It is an incredibly rewarding experience. I bring my business savvy to the table at every meeting having served in the U.S. Army Corp. of Engineers in the 25th Infantry Division and spending my life in the mechanical contracting and engineering world. Seventeen years as a business owner has allowed me to bring incredible insight and garner the support of my fellow Board Members resulting in common sense decisions and saving the Co-op in the last eighteen months well over $500,000. I’ve watched the neighborhood grow over the years with new members and families, and noticed so many of our existing members remaining.
