Seventy-five percent of my practice deals with co-op and condominium developments. I have been doing this for 36 years. I deal with every financial aspect of these developments, including budgeting, attending Board meetings, giving advice to the various Boards and preparing financial statements for the developments. I have been involved in every aspect of advising these developments. I have been able to lend this expertise to Le Havre by serving on the Board of Directors and holding the position of Treasurer. Please include your educational background. I have been in the building trade for 30 plus years; H.S. trade school, Master Plumber Course What is your occupation? NYPD Supervisor of Plumbers What do you see as the major priorities for Le Havre for the next year? • Improvement of the grounds • Keep costs down • Make Le Havre the best it can be Additional Information: Hello everyone. It’s that time of the year again – the elections are here. I’ve been on the board for five years now. I have attended many meetings, served on committees and had meetings with contractors along with the rest of the board. My responsibilities as Vice President include signing in the name of the corporation all contracts, leases, and other instruments which are authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors. Also, in the absence or inability of the President to act the Vice President may perform the duties of the President. I’m asking for your vote to continue working on your board for another year. Please take the time to come to the clubhouse and cast your vote. There are new people wanting to join the board and they need your help. So come down to vote - it only takes a few minutes and it affects all shareholders. I’ve been working for the N.Y.P.D for about 16 years now. In the last couple of years I was promoted to Supervisor where I manage plumbers and their helpers in daily maintenance of the precincts in the five boroughs. I meet with contractors and do contracts and other functions during my work day. Prior to working for the N.Y.P.D., I worked as a plumber for HRA, another city agency. Before that I worked for a plumbing outfit in Queens so I’ve been in the building trade for 33 years and know my way around when it comes to maintaining a building. As a board member I will try to keep an open mind, listen to problems and come up with solutions to help all shareholders enjoy their lives at Le Havre. Thank you.
