GREENBERG, CPA The season that we have all been waiting for has finally arrived. The tennis courts opened up on April 23rd and the participants are excited to be playing tennis again. Before we know it, the Memorial Day Holiday will have arrived and with it the opening of Pool #2. This pool will open on Saturday, May 28th for everyone to enjoy. We have purchased all new chaise lounges and chairs for Pool #2 and we hope that everyone will be comfortable utilizing them. As you are probably aware, the people utilizing Pool #1 have been enjoying new chairs for the past few years. Financial: The 9 months ending March 31, 2016 (budgeted versus actual) showed revenues of $12.122,877 (74.32%) of the budgeted amount of $16,310,670 and total expenses of $11,342,240 (72.89%) of the budgeted amount of $15,561,124 as reported by our accountants. Our cement work in the portico area under the buildings will be commencing in late May / mid June. We plan to do four (4) buildings this year, namely B#3, 16, 17 & 29. This project will continue until every building’s concrete has been replaced. Lobby Doors: The lobby door project will be continuing with the installation of seven (7) new doors this year. This project will continue for the next two years until every lobby door on the property has been replaced. LED Lighting Upgrade: Our lighting upgrade project has been completed with the exception of a few punch list items that need to be done. All bulbs in the public areas have been converted to LED’s and we should start seeing a reduction in our electricity bills as time progresses. I have observed that the light in the public areas is much brighter and there is a lot more coverage. Thank you again for your continued support.
