Work under
the Buildings:
As mentioned
previously, we
will be resuming the
replacement of cement
in the portico areas under the
buildings. This year we will start by
replacing the deteriorated ramp and
stairway leading to the clubhouse.
After that we hope to
replace the cement
under three buildings,
those buildings
yet to be determined.
Parking Lots:
We will be resealing
our parking lots in the
springtime in order to ensure
the longevity of the pavement.
Once again, I would like to thank
everybody, as always, for their continued
support.

WE LOVE OUR DOGS BUT…
As you all know there are “CURB
Your Dog” signs all over the Le Havre
property. The signs are there to remind
dog owners (since dogs don’t read) to
control their dogs with the leash they hold
in their hands and guide them to the curb
so that they do not relieve themselves on
the bushes, flowers (when in season) and
on the landscaped areas of our property
which we all enjoy. Urine leaves yellow
spots on the grass which are unsightly and
ultimately kills the grass.
Some dog owners believe their dogs
have dog rights to relieve themselves anywhere
their hearts desire. This is not the
case as people and kids have rights also
and do not want to step in it on their way
to their cars and while walking or playing.
Please remember, this is a shared community
and we need to be mindful of
others. Curbing and cleaning up after your
dog is the law in NYC and should be the
rule, not the exception.
