Please explain why you are seeking election to the
Board of Directors.
I am seeking re-election to the board. I have, in the
past, focused on the financial aspects of operations. I
believe in keeping quality of material and workmanship
up while keeping costs down.
Please list any interests, talent, education or experience
you possess that you feel would serve as an asset
to the Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of Directors.
More than thirty years as a Certified Financial
Planner and more than twenty years as a tax preparer
indicate I have a love for numbers and analysis
which is where my strengths lie as a Board
Member.
What changes would you like to see made at Cryder
Point, and why?
The changes I would like to see are an updating of
our lobbies and hallways (think costs down, quality up)
and investigating the cost versus viability of green alternatives.
you possess that you feel would serve as an asset
to the Cryder Point Owners’ Corp. Board of Directors.
I have worked in education for thirty seven years
from grade school to graduate school as a teacher and
administrator. In this time I have been an effective communicator
with adults and children from very different
backgrounds. I have also coached swimming and was a
head beach and pool lifeguard. In this capacity I have
a very clear understanding of how to run and maintain
pools. We have been pool members each year. As
a homeowner for many years in Jericho, I have a good
understanding of landscaping and general building
maintenance.
What changes would you like to see made at Cryder
Point, and why?
I think that the present board has done an outstanding
job in doing the necessary capital improvements to
maintain our property. When we are in a financial position
to do so, I would like to see aesthetic improvements
in our halls and lobbies.
