C R Y D E R P O I N T AUGUST 12 Introducing… Cryder Point Photo of the Month I know a lot of you out there are talented photographers--just look at the walls in the Community Room. And as our grounds and views become more beautiful, there’s a lot to be inspired by! The stunning photograph here, taken by John Ducroiset, gave me the idea to invite all Cryder Point residents to submit their favorite photos to the paper for publication. The prize? Bragging rights (the Cryder Point Courier works on a very tight budget). The rules: The photographer must be a resident of Cryder Point, and all photos must of the property or of a view from the property. They also must be current, that is, taken no more than a couple of months before you submit them--we don’t want to see pictures with the old balconies, for example. Any description of where you were on the property, the day of week or time of day… any details that you can provide which bring your neighbors into the moment of the photo…are eagerly welcomed. Submit your pictures to jdavis@qns.com and yours might be selected to be featured in the paper. Please be sure to put “Cryder Point Photo” in the subject line of your email and include the full name of the photographer and an approximate date of the picture. I hope this is fun for everyone!
