It’s April, and here’s hoping the weather settles down with some consistency and we’re able to enjoy a real spring. The fi rst meeting of the newly reestablished Quality of Life Committee meeting was held on March 16 and had a great turnout of about 30 people. Everyone came with lots of ideas, which included a welcome package for new residents, having an art show, yoga classes, seminars and more. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30pm in the Community Room. Please email Board liaison to the Committee, Eileen Egan-Annechino, at cpoc.annechino@gmail. com if you’re interested in participating. All are welcome! Remember the FiOS bundle proposal survey? It has not been forgotten, but was unfortunately put on the back-burner temporarily. FiOS is very anxious to talk to us again (they are sending me emails on a regular basis) and we will be setting up time with them as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience. Check out this issue for an update on the seawall and other initiatives along with the second in our ongoing series of Staff Spotlights.
