BRONX MEDICAL SOCIETY HONORS DR. RODRIGUEZ
The annual Bronx Medical Society Gala was held on Sunday, October 20. The event, which
included a silent auction, cocktail hour and a formal dinner, honored Dr. Realba Rodriguez,
MD, who previously served as president of the BMS. Rodriguez was presented with awards
from Mayor de Blasio’s and Borough President Ruben Diaz, Jr.’s offi ces.

phase of the La Central Development project.

The Bronx County Catholic Guild, in cooperation with the Women’s Bar Association, held the annual Red Mass on Monday, October 28 at St. Angela Merici Church. For those in the legal
and law enforcement fi eld, the Red Mass is a solemn Mass invoking the guidance of the Holy Spirit on the deliberations of the courts and on the endeavors of all members of the legal
profession, law enforcement and government.
