On Thursday, November 7, a memorial event was held to remember the late sergeant
Charles Clark, who passed away ten years ago. The event, held at PSA 8’s location at 2794
Randall Avenue, was attended by Clark’s family members as well as PSA 8 offi cers who
paid their respects to the late sergeant. Sergeant Clark participated in the search, recovery
and clean-up of the World Trade Center site following the 9/11 terrorist attacks. He
passed away on November 7, 2009 as a result of lung and throat cancer related to 9/11.
