Kickboxing studio joins lineup at popular shopping center
Simone Development Companies
has announced that CKO Kickboxing
has signed a new 10-year lease
at the Throggs Neck Shopping Center.
The shopping center is located
at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway in
the Ferry Point community. The affordable
fi tness kickboxing studio is
already open for business.
The Throggs Neck Shopping Center
is one of the Bronx’ most successful
large-scale retail developments.
Conveniently located at the
intersection of Lafayette Avenue and
the Hutchinson River Parkway, the
30,000 square-foot shopping center
is anchored by one of the best-selling
Target stores in the nation and is
home to 27 retailers and restaurants.

was represented in-house by Joanna
Simone, vice president of leasing and
property management operations.
CKO Kickboxing was represented by
Karnit Moshery and Janine Kemm
from Royal Properties.

acquired the 7.9-acre site, across
from Msgr. Scanlan High School, in
2011 and transformed it from a closed
USPS equipment transfer station to

of Curbcut Urban Partners and
Paul Slayton of Slayton Investments.
