“It looks like art to me,” said Usher. “I've
had a dream to do this for so long and it just
took me a little while to figure out how to
display it.”
Like the rooms before it, Usher’s bedroom
is also full of art and trinkets from her travels.
“I like to buy things that remind me — like momentos,”
Usher said. “I love stuff obviously, but
it's fun. It reminds me of where I've been."
But everything, down to Usher’s collection
of fridge magnets, is impeccably organized.
“My mom's even said you feel like your
apartment would be really cluttered because
you have so much stuff,” Usher said,
“but actually, everything feels like it has a
purpose and a place.”
