Revel mopeds are taking over the ‘hood

to work or another
important function
because of unreliable
service?
As more and more New Yorkers (especially
ones in the outer boroughs) become agitated
with the subway, ride sharing and bike
rental businesses are growing increasingly
popular. Around the beginning of June, a
Brooklyn-based moped rental application
called Revel popped up in Astoria in hopes
to ease transportation qualms.
