Tammy Lynn Card
Paralegal, Giuffré Law Offices, P.C.
Tammy Lynn Card was born and raised in
Oceanside, New York, where her parents, Joan and
Ernie Sanderson, still reside. They are a true blessing
in her life and amazing people. They are enjoying
their retirement keeping busy around the house,
spending time outdoors and doing activities with
family.
Her aviation career began with Cargolux Airlines
in 1999. There she learned the cargo business
with the assistance of Tedd Hope and aided him with
KAAMCO events. As Tammy became more active in
the airport community, she met Rudy Auslander,
Phil Jensen, and the airport family at several functions.
This included her first KAAMCO trip to Palm
Springs which she helped plan. A wonderful relationship
began with the airport organizations.
Tammy supports her church, Oceanside Lutheran
Church, where her family has attended since
they moved to Oceanside in 1963. She has many fond
memories of attending youth functions, conventions,
and performing in Godspell was a highlight.
She continues to assist in several community events
throughout the year, raising funds for families of
disabled, sick children and meals for the homeless.
Card has a heart-warming history with the airport
community. After her father finished his tour
with the air force, he got a job at JFK with Sabena
Airlines. He enjoyed his time with the airport, and
it left a good impression on Card, as she was happy
to join it after her father retired from Amerford Air
Cargo.
