Matthew Graybil - Performing music by
Mozart, Chopin, Brahms and Stravinsky,
American musician Matthew Greybil returns
to Maple Grove. He has played around
the world including the United States,
Canada, France, Holland and Mexico. Greybil
has been praised by The New Yorker as
an “exceptional young artist” and by
The Southampton Press as “hypnotic
and compelling.” The event offers free
admission and free parking. An opening
reception of an art exhibit will follow
Greybil’s performance. RSVP requested.

Buddy Merriam and Back Roads/
Conjunto Guntanamo - Come to
Flushing Town Hall for a night of dance
and live music. Flushing Town Hall will
be celebrating two cultures, featuring
bluegrass master Buddy Merriam and
Back Roads and the Afro-Cuban rhythm of
Conjunto Guantánamo. Buddy Merriam and
Back Roads have performed in Nashville at
the Grand Ole Opry, the Bluegrass Museum
and Hall of Fame and Country Music’s Fan
Fair. The band is in its 39th year together.
Formed in 2003 in DUMBO, Conjunto

with a dance lesson at 7 p.m. Following the
lesson, both bands will take the stage for
the live show.
