The Taste of Rockaway Beach offers food tasting from 17 local beach restaurants for a fi xed price. Some of the local restaurants participating include 101 Deli, Beach Bistro 96, Bungalow Bar & Restaurant, Elegante, Uma’s, Uncle Louie G, Whit’s End, Chicks To Go and Community House. There were also many businesses sponsoring the event such as vintage clothing shop, Zingara Vintage, offering clothing discounts during the event. Tickets for the Taste of Rockaway Beach can be purchased for $15 now through Dec. 2 at each participating restaurant or online by visiting rockawayunion.org and picking up the ticket at Thai Rock.
