the Greek Orthodox Shrine
Church of St. Nicholas in
Flushing. An annual tradition
since 1971, the celebration
includes a smorgasbord of
Greek food, Greek music, a
flea market featuring a variety
of vendors and games for
the kids. The festival takes
place on Thursday and Friday
night from 6 to 10 p.m.,
Saturday from noon to midnight
and Sunday from noon
to 10 p.m. Free admission.
