The Jantar Mantars are open-air astronomical instruments that measure solar time and the paths of celestial objects. These instruments date back to 1724. Noguchi took the photos of these observatories in Delhi and Jaipur between 1949 and 1960. Don Riepe, a naturalist, will guide participants on a walk where they’ll look for birds and other wildlife. The walk will be preceded by a presentation. They are known for retaining the authenticity of tango in their performances and are a recognized name in Europe and the Far East.
