The suspect entered the store, Petland Discounts, on 126th Street near Metropolitan Avenue, just after 5 p.m. on Dec. 13, cops said. Once inside, he demanded the employee’s cash and cell phone, while displaying the sword. The suspect then fled with about $400 and a Samsung phone. Police have released video footage of the suspect from inside the store, and describe the man as Hispanic, 5 feet 7 inches tall and 150 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477). 20-year-old Jamaica man shot to death on Christmas Police are investigating the shooting death of a 20-year-old man in Richmond Hill on Christmas Day. The victim, James Bryant, of Jamaica, was found with a gunshot wound to the neck near 126th Street and 89th Avenue about 2:30 p.m. on Dec. 25. Bryant was taken to Jamaica Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are looking for as many as three suspects involved in the shooting, according to published reports. 110th Precinct Corona and Elmhurst Police looking for suspect in asault of 68-year-old at Roosevelt Avenue subway station A 68-year-old man was assaulted after a dispute at a Queens subway station, police said. The assault happened about 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 10 at the Roosevelt Avenue stop, cops said. Following the argument, the suspect struck the victim in the face and then fled. The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition. Police describe the suspect as a man in his midthirties and about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a waist-length jacket and sunglasses. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS (8477). 111th Precinct Bayside, Douglaston, Little Neck, Auburndale, Hollis Hills and Fresh Meadows Suspect wanted for striking man with broom handle in road rage incident: NYPD Police have released the photo of a suspect who they say struck a man in the face with a broom handle during a road rage incident earlier this year. The assault happened at about 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 31 at the intersection of Utopia Parkway and Northern Boul e v a rd, cops said. Following an argument, the suspect got out of his car and hit the other driver, a 27-year-old man, with the broom handle, police said. The suspect then fled northbound on Utopia Parkway in a black Volvo, police said. The victim suffered bruising to his face and cuts to his eye. Compiled by Cristabelle Tumola 114th Precinct Astoria, Long Island City, Woodside and Jackson Heights Man pistol-whipped during LIC robbery: cops Police are looking for three men and one woman who they say pistol-whipped a man before robbing him in Long Island City this past summer. The 22-year-old man was exiting an apartment on 12th Street about 2:30 a.m. on June 28 when the four suspects surrounded him and demanded his property, cops said. Two of the male suspects took out guns, and one of them pistol-whipped the victim. The suspects then stole the man’s jewelry, including a black and gold G-Shock watch, an Apple iPhone and credit cards.
